PLATYPUS SUPER BRAID
Since the release of Super Braid, Platypus has had requests from anglers around the country asking for a slightly stiffer and coloured braid. In response Platypus has recently released dark green and bright yellow coloured Super Braid.
- Platypus Super Braid is braided using 100% Ultra High Molecular Weight PE, for the low stretch, ultra-thin diameter you have come to expect from the new wave of braids
- It has some amazing charactistics including the astonishing facts that – for its diameter – it is ten times stronger than steel, it will not deteriorate in sunlight, it will not absorb water and lastly, it has no line memory!
- Excellent for lure casting, trolling, fly reel backing or bottom fishing
- Unlike thermo fused and fusion lines, Super Braid does not suffer from fluffing after the fused coating begins to wear
